The Friends of the Wareham Free Library, Inc. will begin a new year of fund raising events to benefit the Wareham Free Library.  First it must be said that the Wareham Free Library is NOT going to close.  The hours are shorter, but the library is still open and will remain so.  The first event will be mini golf in the Wareham Free Library Saturday evening March 14, 2015 from 6-9pm for adults.  Beer & wine will be available to purchase; and snacks will be provided as part of the cost to play a round of mini golf.  Sunday the 15th is family day and you can play from 10am until 4pm.  The cost for Saturday is $10.00 per player and Sunday it is $5.00 each player.  The Friends are looking for businesses to sponsor golf holes and parts of the holes, greens, etc.  Please contact Priscilla Porter at friendswfl@gmail.com or call 508-295-2134 for details. 

Used book sales will resume at the end of March.  When an exact date has been set it will be announced.
