Helping Follo-Beecher Forest leaf litter behind

The Wareham Land Trust, along with Don't Trash Wareham and Keep Wareham Beautiful, will host a community cleanup at Follo-Beecher Forest on Saturday, May 30.

The cleanup will take place from noon to 2 p.m. at the conservation property located at the southern end of Beaver Path in West Wareham. Volunteers will work to remove litter and debris from the site, with a dumpster provided by Catone Dumpster Rentals Inc..

Participants are encouraged to bring work gloves if available, along with water, sunscreen, bug spray and appropriate work clothing.

The meeting location is Follo-Beecher Forest, 8 Beaver Path, West Wareham. It is noted that searching for 6 Beaver Path may provide more accurate GPS directions to the site.

The event is open to volunteers of all ages.
