Ivan Mark, 58, longtime owner of China Garden Restaurant
Ivan Mark, 58, of Wareham, died August 11, 2010 in the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. He was the husband of Jomena Mark.
Mr. Mark was born in China and lived in Wareham for many years. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth.
Mr. Mark owned and operated China Garden Restaurant in Wareham for many years.
He was a member of the Mattapoisett Gun Club. He enjoyed boating and fishing.
Survivors include his widow, Jomena Mark; his parents Lincoln and Bolin Mark, of Wareham; a brother, Eddie Mark, of South Weymouth; three sisters, Ellen DaFonseca, of Macau, China, Christina Webb, of Easton, and Sally Wenger, of Braintree.
Visiting hours are at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., (Rte.28), Wareham from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday and on Monday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. followed by his burial at South Dartmouth Cemetery, Dartmouth.
