Discover how technological innovations reveal the mysteries of osprey movements near and far at the Journeys: Ospreys, Technology and an Author presentation, led by Dr. Rob Bierregaard. Guests will be able to purchase signed copies of his book "Belle's Journey."

The event will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Elks Lodge on 2855 Cranberry Hwy, Wareham. After the presentation guests will observe the phenomenon of a herring run and witness osprey preying on it. Guests will also have an opportunity to meet Gina Purtell, a Sanctuary Director of Mass Audubon's SouthCoast Sanctuaries and a manager of the SouthCoast Osprey Project.
