Southcoast Health System has announced that gastroenterologist Kevin Murphy, MD, has joined Southcoast Physicians Group as the Medical Director of Southcoast Gastroenterology Services and is currently accepting new patients.

Dr. Murphy’s practice is located at Southcoast Health System at Rosebrook, 100 Rosebrook Way, Suite 200, in Wareham.

Dr. Murphy earned his medical degree at UMass Medical Center in Worcester, where he completed his residency and internship in internal medicine. He also completed his fellowship in gastroenterology and served as Chief Resident at UMass Medical Center.

Dr. Murphy is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology.

Southcoast Health System at Rosebrook is a full-service medical practice location that brings together around 20 primary care and specialty physicians, the Southcoast Center for Weight Loss and comprehensive outpatient radiology and laboratory services.
