The Wareham Historical Society invites the public to a discussion on community newspapers on Monday, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. in the Methodist Meeting House, located at 495 Main St.
The talk will focus on the history and impact that local, weekly newspapers have on a community during a time of consolidation and challenges for print media.

The Wareham Courier was founded in 1894 and Wareham Week was launched in 2010.
