Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 and M.G.L. c. 21 §43 and 33 U.S.C. 1341 M.G.L. c. 21 §§ 26 - 53, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification application for the replacement of Bridges No. M-05-001=W-06-013 and W-06-016 in Marion and Wareham by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation – Highway Division, 10 Park Plaza, Room 7360, Boston, MA 02116. The project includes bridge replacements as well as bicycle and pedestrian accommodations and salt marsh mitigation.
