Notice is hereby given that the Select Board has received an application from Lunar Kitchen LLC for the following:
Under the provisions of Chapter 138, §12, of the Massachusetts General Laws, the transfer of an Annual All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License from Ying Dynasty LLC to Lunar Kitchen LLC, d/b/a Lunar Kitchen, Christy Wu to serve as Manager; and further, under the provisions of Chapter 140 of the Massachusetts General Laws, an application for an Annual Common Victualler License.
Premises described as: 1,892 sq ft establishment, one floor, consisting of a dining room, electric room, two (2) restrooms, two (2) entrances, two (2) exits. Seating capacity 41; occupancy 49.
License to be operated at 265 Marion Road, Wareham MA 02571.
It is ordered that a public hearing be held on said application on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 during the Select Board’s Meeting at approximately 7:10 p.m. Meeting to be held in person and remotely.
