and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq):

U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for COLT 2024-INV1 Mortgage Loan Trust

claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in Buzzards Bay (Wareham), numbered 33 Monack Road, given by Sally Whipple a/k/a Sally I. Whipple to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Homexpress Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns, dated September 19, 2023, and registered at Plymouth County Registry District of the Land Court as Document No. 845826 and noted on Certificate of Title No. 134417, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.

If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
