To see if Town Meeting will vote to amend Article 830 and 840 of the Wareham Zoning By-laws for affordable housing under the State’s Local Initiative Program with the version of Article 830 and 840 on file with the Town Clerk and the Planning Office or to take any action relative thereto.

To see if the Town will vote to delete Article 5 Section 590 of the Wareham Zoning By-Laws in its entirety and to replace it with the version of the Article 5 Section 590 Solar Energy Generation Facilities bylaw as presented and to make revisions as presented to Article 3 Section 320 Use Table and Article 16 Definitions of the Wareham Zoning By-Laws as necessary and related to Article 5 Section 590 or to take any action relative thereto.
