The Wareham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on November 22, 2021 at 6:00p.m. in Room 320 of the Wareham Multi Service Center, 48 Marion Road, Wareham,MA 02571 to consider Petition #36-21 for a Special Permit and Site PlanReviewfrom the requirements of Article 5, Section 580and Article 15 of the Wareham Zoning By-Laws to Bay Pointe Club, LLC, 1275 Wampanoag Trail, Suite 14, E. Onset Fire District
Notice of Public Hearing

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 56, the Onset Fire District, Prudential Committee will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 5:00 P.M.; in the Onset Fire District Office, 15 Sand Pond Road, Onset, MA to receive public input relative to their decision regarding the Fiscal Year 2022 residential factor. The residential factor determines the allocation of the real and personal tax burden among various classes of property. Oral and written information on the views of taxpayers of the District with respect to this matter will be received and considered up until the morning of the hearing November 17, 2021 Comments may be sent by mail to the Onset Fire District, c/o Pamela Pike, P.O. Box 44, 15 Sand Pond Road, Onset, MA 02558. All comments received before the meeting will be read into the record at the hearing. Oral presentations may be made at the hearing.
