Lighten up at OBA Illumination night

Let it glow at the Onset Bay Association's Illumination night.
The event will be on Saturday, Aug. 30 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Bay View Park and Onset Beach on Onset Avenue.
At 9 p.m., flares will be lit and burn for approximately 30 minutes. Over 1,500 red flares illuminate Onset Bay.
Optimal seating is at the main beach and Onset Bluffs. The event is free, but volunteers will be accepting donations.
This event will be held in honor of local realtor Sandi Besse.
