Following a storm that covered most of Wareham in over a foot of snow, the Muncipal Maitenance Department is temporarily closing roads for snow removal.
Main Street will be temporarily closed with no estimated time of opening, Thursday, Jan. 29 with traffic rerouted to High Street and Merchants Way. All businesses are open and parking is available to the public on Merchants Way and the Wareham Fire Department, 237 Main Street.
Onset Avenue will be closed for snow removal following the reopening of Main Street.
