Lorelei C. Cannon, 74, a lifelong resident of Wareham, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on Monday, Sept. 29. “Lori” was the beloved wife of 52 years to Carl R. Cannon. She was born in Wareham and graduated from Wareham High School.

Lori was an assistant manager for W.T. Grants in Wareham and a manager of the Sewing Basket of Wareham, and she recently retired from J.C. Penny. She loved playing and watching golf and sewing. She enjoyed her trips to the casinos.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Robert C. Cannon Sr. and daughter in-law Laura B. Cannon of Plymouth. She was the sister of Rochelle “Rocky” Provost and her husband Michael of Wareham, and John Curtis Harlow and his wife Coleen of Fork, South Carolina. She was the grandmother of Robert C. Cannon Jr. and his wife Jennifer, Andrea J. Cannon-Tellier and her husband Brian, and Brian D. Cannon and his wife Stephanie. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and one great, great-grandchild.
