Luis Alberto Contreras-Rodriguez, 37, of Wareham, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019 from his injuries while attempting to assist a family in need on Interstate 495 in Raynham. Luis was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico on September 2, 1982 the son of Rosa Ma Rodriguez-Chagollan and Jose Luis Contreras-Barba of Union de Tula, Jalisco, Mexico. Luis was the co-owner of the El Mariachi Restaurant located on Main Street in Wareham, MA.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers Diego Arturo of MA, Leonardo Daniel Contreras- Diaz, Aldo David Contreras-Diaz and his sisters Anna Rosa Contreras-Rodriguez and Alondra Magdalena Contreras-Diaz all of Mexico. He was also survived by many loving relatives and friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Wareham Village Funeral Home 5 Center St. Wareham, MA 02571. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
