A suspect was caught between the law and a hot place when he was arrested by Wareham Police on Dec. 19 after being found hiding in a clothes dryer at 227 Charge Pond Rd.

At about 2:25 p.m. on Dec. 19, Wareham Police responded to the home to arrest two individuals who had active warrants.

After the officers entered the home, Officer Stephen Harrison found Xavier Hernandez, 20, of no certain address, hiding in the dryer and placed him under arrest for two active warrants.

The second person was not found.
