The Friends of Wareham Veterans Council, Inc. invites the public for coffee and conversation to learn about the Vietnam Moving Wall, which will arrive in town this August. The event is set for March 23 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Social Harmony Masonic Lodge, 2509 Cranberry Highway.

Meet friends and neighbors while finding out more about the Moving Wall and the honor it is having it displayed in Wareham from Aug. 17 to 21. In the months leading up to the event, the Friends of Wareham Veterans Council will hold several fundraising events to pay for the wall and costs associated with brining it to town. The wall is a scaled-down replica of the Vietnam War Memorial in Washington, D.C.
