Nancy A. (Monteiro) Andrews-Roderick, 69, of Wareham, died July 27, 2010 at home. She was the wife of Charles Roderick. Her first husband, Manuel Andrews, Jr. died in 1996. She was the daughter of the late Egidio and Fannie (Santos) Monteiro.

She was born in Wareham and lived there all of her life. She graduated from Wareham High School.

Mrs. Andrews-Roderick worked at Capeway Cleaners in Buzzards Bay for many years before retiring. Previously she worked at Forestview Nursing Home.

She was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church. She enjoyed playing bingo and crocheting.

Survivors include her widower; a daughter, Linda Leighton, of West Wareham; a son, Gerald Andrews, of Wareham; a sister, Emily Rocha, of Wareham; two brothers, Donald  and David Monteiro, both of Wareham; three stepsons, Manuel Andrews, III, and Bradford Andrews, both of New Bedford and Charles Nunes, of Boston; two stepdaughters, Katherine Medeiros, of New Bedford, and Cenika Kinley, of TX; and two grandchildren, Jordan Andrews and Curtis Leighton, Jr. She was predeceased by her siblings, Dorothy Jorge, Millard, Robert, Anthony, Manuel and William Monteiro and a stepdaughter, Susan M. Andrews.

Her funeral will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 30, 2010 from the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Hwy., Wareham followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church, 82 High St., Wareham. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
