A new thrift shop is coming to town this week.

Starting Thursday May 7, the Wesley United Methodist Church is opening a Wesley Mission Thrift Shop. The thrift shop will carry women's, men's, and children's clothing along with books, shoes, accessories, jewelry and gift items. The thrift shop's weekly hours will be from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

The Wesley United Methodist Church is located at 462 Main St. The entrance to the thrift shop is on the left side of the church with handicap parking and additional parking across the street.

On Saturday May 9, the church will be serving baked lasagna dinner from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The dinner is $10 per adult and $5 per child under 5.
