Officials at the Onset Fire District want to remind voters that the annual District Meeting will be held on June 8 with the annual election to follow on June 9.

Arrangements for both have been altered in light of the pandemic. Here are the specifics:

Absentee and early voting ballots are due by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 8, 2020.  Applications for absentee or early ballots for those unable to vote in person or who are concerned with exposure to Covid-19 are available on the district’s website at onsetfiredistrict.org.

The District Meeting will be held at the Onset VFW on June 8, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. The district will be taking all safety precautions available to social distance, and asks voters to arrive early.

District Elections will be held at the Onset VFW on June 9, 2020 from 4:00 p.m.  to 8:00 p.m.
