Everyone is invited by the Friends of the Wareham Free Library to attend the Library's 25th Birthday Celebration.

Don't miss the display in the lobby featuring photos, old newspaper articles and memorabilia from the time the ground was broken, to when the Library was officially opened, and 25 years of programs, author visits, children's events and more.

Children's activities start at 11 am. At noon, enjoy a piece of birthday cake and visit the Library's Courtyard, dedicated in 2008 to Mary Jane Pillsbury, the Library Director, on her retirement.

Then at 1 pm, enjoy the beautiful sounds of the New England Irish Harp Orchestra.
