Pamela Elliott, 72

Pamela A. (Vincent) Elliott, 72, of Wareham, died Oct. 28 at home unexpectedly. She was the wife of the late Charles W. Elliott and the daughter of the late Paul and Alice (Landers) Vincent.

She was born in Boston and lived in Whitman for many years. She then lived in Arizona before moving to Wareham. She graduated from Cardinal Spellman High School and received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education from Bridgewater State College.

Mrs. Elliott was a grammar school teacher for the Town of Randolph School System for 50 years before retiring. Later, she worked as a substitute teacher while living in Arizona.

Survivors include her daughter, Cyndi Elliott of Arizona; her son, Matthew Elliott and his wife Kelly of Arizona; two sisters, Janet Noble and her husband Brad of Stoughton and Elizabeth Cachopa of Wareham and her former husband David of Plymouth; a brother-in-law, Tom Nicholson of Whitman; a granddaughter, Sadie G. Elliott; many nephews and nieces. She was the sister of the late Kathi Nicholson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
