Pauline E. (Roderick) Stevens, 94, of Pocasset, died Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham. She was the wife of the late William B. Stevens.

Born in Wareham, she was the daughter of the late Julio & Marion (Barros) Roderick. Mrs. Stevens was employed as a spot presser for Town and Country Cleaners in Wareham from 1948 to 1987. She was also an active member of the women’s auxiliary at the Dudley Brown V.F.W. Post in Onset.

She is survived by her daughters, Juelmarie Hill and her husband Willie of Brunswick, GA, Barbara Baptiste of Wareham and Loretta Rezendes of Hatchville; her son, Frank Baptiste and his wife Roslyn of New Bedford; her brother Paulino Roderiques of E. Falmouth; six grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers, the late Julio and Manuel Roderick.

Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 2599 Cranberry Highway (Rt. 28), Wareham at 11:30 a.m.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday prior to the service. Interment will be in Mass. National Cemetery, Bourne.
