Peggy Ann (Pratt) Smith, 64, of Berkley, formerly of Wareham, died on Oct. 12 at the Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, John Smith.

Peggy was born and raised in Wareham where she lived for more than 30 years before moving to her residence in Berkley. She enjoyed crafts, mountains, and the ocean.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Sandy Smith and her companion Warren Foulk of Berkley; her sisters, Linda Landis of Wareham and Earlene Vogal of PA; her brothers, Earl Pratt of New Bedford, Scott Pratt, and Steven Pratt of Freetown; her grandchildren, Aaron and Joshua Hanson and Zachary Foulk of Berkley; Her cousin, Kathy Jenney, and her two daughters Monica and Heidi of Sandwich.
