Trick-or-treaters lined Main Street Friday afternoon looking for candy and fun as part of the Wareham Village Association's "Trick or Treat on Main Street."

Children were given an opportunity to trick or treat at several local businesses, and Eastern Bank was set to award two free movie tickets for best costume.

"This is a safe and fun alternative to traditional neighborhood trick-or-treating," said Bob Brady, president of the Wareham Village Association.

Later in the evening, families filled Lopes Field for the annual "Trunk-or-Treat" night put on by the Onset Four Square Church.

Kids had the chance to play games, climb through a bounce house obstacle course, dance to music and of course, they got lots of candy. About a dozen cars and trucks were decorated and lined up in the field ready to hand out candy on the holiday.
