A week before he plans to hide colored eggs in parks and backyards everywhere, the Easter Bunny stopped by the Gleason Family YMCA to pose for photos with some local kids.

"We've been having a great day," said Cathy Longfield, one of the annual event's organizers at the YMCA. "We've had a lot of younger kids come by this year."

After taking a photo with the big bunny, kids and their families had the chance to enjoy a pancake breakfast and partake in some arts and crafts for the rest of the morning at the Y.

The next chance most kids will get to see the Easter Bunny will be at the Onset Bay Association's annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Onset bandshell on April 4 at 11 a.m.
