Wareham detectives and patrol officers arrested 21-year-old Johnathan Vincent DePina on Thursday night and charged him with multiple drug offenses including Drug Violations in a School Zone.

DePina is a resident of 12 State St., Apartment 4D, Brandy Hill Apartments, a unit in public-housing that is adjacent to Minot Forest Elementary School. A search of the residence found large amounts of drugs and cash, two small digital scales, and drug packaging materials.

In addition to the Drug Violations in a School Zone, DePina was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Cocaine, and Possession of Class E "Flexeril."

He was released on $2,500 cash bail and will be arraigned at Wareham's Fourth District Court on Monday, April 12.
