Wareham Police arrested Elie Finklea, 36, of Falmouth, for possession with intent to distribute both suspected cocaine and heroin. 

Juvenile Detective Karl Baptiste spotted Finklea sitting in a parked car at the corner of Onset Avenue and Grove Street at about 1:42 a.m. on December 8. While investigating, Baptiste saw multiple baggies of suspected cocaine and a baggie of suspected heroin on Finklea’s passenger seat. 

Finklea was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class “B” drug, and possession with intent to distribute a Class “A” drug.

He was held on $1,000 cash bail and expected to appear in Wareham District Court on Monday.
