Police bust nets heroin, other drugs at apartment near Wareham High School

Three people were arrested Monday on charges of possession and distribution of heroin, cocaine and other drugs at 11A Sawyer St., which is located within 1000 feet of Wareham High School property, according to Wareham Police.

At 11:30 a.m. on Monday, detectives and officers of the Wareham Police Department executed a search warrant at 11A Sawyer St. and encountered the renter of the apartment, 27-year-old Dylan Huntoon-Walsh,

During a search of the apartment, detectives found five grams of cocaine, eight grams of heroin, 42 yet to be identified pills and several items of drug paraphernalia, including digital scales, plastic baggies, and Inositol, which is commonly used as a cutting agent for illegal drugs, along with several cell phones, all of which were located in the bedroom of Huntoon-Walsh.

Detectives also encountered 34-year-old Justin Beltran of Boston and 34-year-old Natasha Winslow of Medford at the scene, both of whom were placed under arrest for outstanding warrants

Dylan Huntoon-Walsh, of 11A Sawyer St. has been charged with possession of a class A substance (Heroin) with intent to distribute, possession of a class B substance (Cocaine) with intent to distribute, possession of a class E substance, and drug violation within a school zone.

Natasha Winslow, of 5 Benton Rd. Apt. No. 1, Medford, has been charged with possession of a class B substance and was also arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.

Justin Beltran, of 52 Francis St. Apt. No. 2, Boston, was arrested on an outstanding default warrant issued in Boston.

The three individuals were transported to the Wareham Police Department, then to Wareham District Court for arraignment on the charges.
