Russell B. Little, 47, of 52 Sunset Blvd., E. Wareham, was charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle after being involved in a motor-vehicle accident. (The OUI charge was subsequently dismissed at a May 2010 hearing.)

April 11
Susan Miller, 44, of 149 Great Neck Rd., Wareham, and a juvenile were summoned for domestic assault and battery.

April 10
Marlene M. Gomes, 47, of 72 Kimberly Court, E. Wareham, and Jennifer M. Fernandes, 26, of 72 Kimberly Court, E. Wareham, were summoned for violation of an abuse prevention order.

April 9
Joshua A. Hamblin, 29, of 51 Park Rd., Plymouth, was arrested for a warrant and possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute. Alexandria M. Mullen, 26, of 6 Depot St. 1, Wareham, and Ashley E. Lips, 23, of 244 Raymond Dr., Plymouth were arrested on a default warrant after being pulled over for improper display.

April 8
Nicholas Carnarza, 21, of 38 Ichabod Lane, Marion, was summoned for malicious destruction of property over $250.

April 7
Melissa H. MacDonald, 33, of 31 Agawam Beach Rd., Wareham, was charged with driving to endanger, a marked-lanes violation, speeding in violation, special regulation, and registration not in possession.

James T. Harshani, 45, of 13 Claudia St., Wareham, was charged with failing to register as a sex offender.

Jeremy Bonin, 19, of 684 Main St., Wareham, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B substance "suboxen" and a civil by law citation for possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less.  Kyle O. Henderson, 19, of 4 Phillips Rd., Onset, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Class D with Intent to Distribute.  The teens were pulled over for failing to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
