Police search for suspect who robbed men in Wendy's drive-through

Wareham Police are searching for a suspect who entered a vehicle that was waiting in the drive-through line at Wendy's in East Wareham at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, and, wielding what appeared to be a stun gun, demanded cash from the two males who were inside the vehicle.

Police said the men in the vehicle complied and the suspect, described as a white male in his 20s, then fled the schene on-foot.

No one was injured in the incident, according to police.

No arrest has been made. The incident is being investigated by the Wareham Police Department Detective Division. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Michael Smith at 508-295-1206.
