Reading Partners classes to tackle learning English, U.S. citizenship test

Jun 20, 2022

The Reading Partners program at the Wareham Free Library will host two classes this July: One to help English language-learners improve their conversational skills and one to help people prepare for their citizenship test. Both are free of charge.

The classes will be led by Dr. Carl Swanson, a retired teacher and professor.
Starting on Tuesday, July 5, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m., students can improve their daily English skills. Practice English through games and conversations in a fun, low-key environment.

Starting on Wednesday, July 6, from 6:30 to 7:45, prepare for the U.S. Citizenship Test. As required by the test, the class will help students demonstrate the ability to read, write and understand English.
