The Wareham Veterans Council and Wareham Community Television, supporters of the Adopt a Veteran Project, will be holding a reception in the honor of veterans at the Wareham Free Library at 59 Marion Road on Thursday May 24, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The evening will include a presentation to the Wareham Free Library of two complete sets of DVDs featuring local veterans sharing their memories of military service.,

Veterans and their guests as well as the general public are invited to the reception.

Show Stoppers, a group of young vocalists, will perform and light refreshments will be available.
