A red, white, and blue barbecue

Relish the opportunity to come to the Chicken Barbecue hosted by the Redmen and the Degree of Pocahontas on Saturday, June 14 for an un-grill-lievable opportunity.

The event is located at the Redmen Hall at 745 Main Street. Doors open at 1 p.m. and food will be served at 2 p.m.

There will be raffles, food, and fun and all proceeds from the event will go to the Home for Our Troops charity. This is a nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives.

Members of the organization who have served, past or present, will be honored at a brief ceremony during the event.
