A 22-year-old Wareham man has been indicted on multiple charges relating to a car crash that killed 20-year-old Wareham resident Jordan Lopes in November.

Jonathan Lydon, 22, is charged with motor vehicle homicide, operating under the influence of alcohol, and negligence, according to a Plymouth Superior Court clerk.

Police said Lydon was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Impala on November 17 of last year, when the vehicle left the roadway and landed on its side off of Charge Pond Road.

Lopes, a passenger in the vehicle, was killed.

Lopes graduated from Wareham High School in 2010. He was attending Cape Cod Community College, studying business management. He was a weekly host at WKKL, the college's radio station.

Lopes also worked at Kool Kone in Wareham, which rallied in support of Lopes' family and raised enough funds to cover his funeral costs.
