Wareham-Richard M. Rowley, 85, passed away at home peacefully on Monday February 5, 2024.  Husband of the late Marilyn E. (Johnson) Rowley. 

Born in Brockton the son of the late Charles and Elsie (Wetzel) Rowley.  He graduated from Brockton high school and is a U.S.A.F. veteran.  He worked for many years at Shaw’s and The Marion General Store as a butcher, Local 791 and as a truck driver, Teamsters Local 651.  He enjoyed NASCR and camping.

Father of Kevin D. Rowley and his wife Patricia of Marion, Stephen C. Rowley of Wareham and Brenda L. Stockel of FL.  Grandfather of Geoffrey, Nicole, Gregory, Dakotah and Chaunee.  Great grandfather of Natalie. Brother of Beverly Hanson of Marion and Ronald Rowley and his wife Carol of Mansfield. 

Committal Wednesday February 14, 2024 at 10: 15 am at the Massachusetts National Cemetery 1 Bennington Blvd. Bourne. Relatives and friends are cordially invited. Please arrive at the cemetery no later than 10.   www.warehamvillagefuneralhome.com
