WAREHAM- Rosa A. (Valenti) Migliore, 85, of Wareham, on Wednesday, August 23, at home. She was the wife of the late Leonardo Migliore.

Born in Marsala, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Sebastiana (Valenti) Valenti. Mrs. Migliore was the proprietor of Nina’s Bridal on Main Street in Wareham.

Mrs. Migliore was a summer resident of Wareham for many years and moved there permanently in 1982. She was a winter resident of Pembroke Pines, Florida for many years.

Survivors include her children: Catherine Marino and her husband, Anthony of Amesbury, Dora Stuchlak and her husband, Richard of E. Wareham, Antonino Migliore and his fiancé, Mercedes Santos, of Pembroke Pines, FL, and Giovanna “Joanne” Tuell and her husband, David of Wareham. Rosa is the sister of Sarah Carbone, and the late Caterina Mannone, Pasquale Valenti, and Tommaso Valenti. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Sunday, August 27th from 2:00 – 5:00 PM in Chapman Funerals & Cremations, 2599 Cranberry Highway, (Rt. 28), Wareham. Her funeral will be on Monday, August 28 from the funeral home at 9:00 AM. Followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Patrick’s Church, 94 High St., Wareham at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private.

Donations in memory of Rosa may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
