The Friends of the Wareham Free Library will have their ducks all lined up in a row on Sunday, June 14^th on the Tihonet Pond Canal!! Join us for our Rubber Duck Race by buying One Race Duck for $5, a Six Quack of 6 ducks for $25, a Baker’s Dozen of 13 for $50, or a Golden Flock of 25 for $100.

Ducks may be purchased ahead of time at the Library during regular library hours or at the Riverside Cafe, Tihonet Village Market or at the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank.

Duck owners are encouraged to have fun and decorate their ducks ahead of time. The yellow rubber ducks will also be available for purchase at the race.

The race begins at the A.D. Makepeace Company at 150 Tihonet Road in Wareham. Winners will be awarded prizes.  The Duck Kick-Off will be at 2 pm following the Kiwanis 5K run at 11 am.  All proceeds benefit the work of the Friends of the Wareham Free Library.
