Sally’s Beauty Supply at Wareham Crossing has two professional hair stylists who can offer tips, and the supplies, to make you look your best.

“The idea of Sally’s is to sell professional products at a good price,” said manager Brandy Silva who has worked for Sally’s for nine years. “About 50% of our customers are professionals."

And professionals have lots to choose from, everything from hair extensions made from human hair to all kinds of makeup.

The Wareham branch is smaller than the average Sally’s, a “shotgun store,” according to Silva, but larger stores in Brockton and Stoughton can supply additional products for Wareham beauticians.

But if you're not a beautician, and have no idea whether you need blush or foundation, just ask for advice. Sally’s tries to hire staff that who will be able to help direct customers in the right direction and offer advice to those who are not familiar with the art of female maintenance. “Sally’s likes to hire professionals,” said Silva.
