Wareham author Sharon Ward will host an evening of suspense at the Wareham Free Library on Wednesday, Jan. 12, at 7 p.m. in the Meeting Room.

Ward will discuss her latest book, “In Deep: A Fin Fleming Thriller,” in addition to her writing process, the path to publication, and her experiences as a certified dive master. 

“In Deep” follows Fin Fleming, an underwater photographer, who faces danger in the picturesque Grand Cayman Islands when a killer targets her friends and family.

Copies of Ward’s book will be available for purchase after the event — or for borrowing from the library. 

The event is free and no registration is required. Masks are required in all town buildings.
