Stanley Andrews, 77, was born on Oct. 11, 1943, in Providence, RI, and died Jan. 5, 2021 in Wareham.

He was the son of Rev. George Andrews, Jr. and Marguerite Louise (Oakman) Andrews. He was the brother of the late George Andrews, III, Mark Andrews and Mary (Andrews) McGuire.

Stanley graduated from Norwell High School and received a bachelor’s degree from Burdett College while he was working for the A & P (Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company) where he was employed for over 21 years. While working at A&P, he traveled to many New England towns. He worked for Massasoit Vending in Plymouth, All Seasons Services in Canton, and the Pinkerton Company. He was the founder of My Hobby Woodworking, located on Cranberry Highway, Wareham, MA. Throughout his career he made many lifelong friends and brought joy to many.

He enjoyed motorcycles, traveling to Canada and Mexico, Morgan Horse Showing, Nascar, football and fishing on television. He loved all the horses and dogs in his life over the years.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Sara H. (Anderson) Andrews. They were married on Oct. 13, 1973; his 3 children, Stanley David Andrews’s Sr. of Buzzards Bay, Floyd Thomas Andrews of Rochester and Christina Louise (Andrews) Harvey of Pembroke; 6 grandchildren, Stanley Jr., Morgan, Kevin, Bridget, Olivia and Mathew; a great grandson, Christopher.
