Sarah Hewins (D-Carver), candidate for state representative in  the 2nd Plymouth District, has announced a fundraiser for her campaign at the Elks Lodge in Wareham for Oct. 21.  Residents from Carver, Middleborough and Wareham are invited to attend.

Sen. Marc Pacheco will be the event’s guest. Dale and the Duds, who play hits from the 1950s and 1960s, will provide live music. There will also be a buffet dinner, cash bar and dancing. The event will run from 6 to 10:30 p.m. Suggested donation is $25 per person.
