A new tanning business will open its doors — and its UV beds — on Saturday.

Glow Tanning, located at 12 Tobey Road Unit 3 near the Aldi grocery store, is owned by Alisa Morse and Joe Sergi.

Morse said when she saw the space her business now occupies, she saw an opportunity. Now that space has been transformed. 

The business has eight tanning beds that offer various levels of tan. Morse said her staff is very knowledgeable, and ready to help clients select what’s right for them. 

“You never want someone to burn,” she said. 

Custom spray tans are also on offer, courtesy of a certified spray tan artist. The business will begin offering teeth whitening in the coming weeks. 

Morse said she wanted to bring “something different” to the community, and said she’s grateful for the support she’s received. 

Glow Tanning will open on Saturday, April 23, with free tans, free gifts for the first 25 customers and a large raffle.
