Tech classes for November at the Wareham Free Library

The Wareham Free Library has announced its technology programming for the month of November. 

Four basic computer skills classes will be held every Tuesday in November at 1 p.m., starting with instruction on using a mouse and keyboard on November 5. Sessions will follow on how to operate search engines on November 12, using an email account on November 19, and how to be safe while on the web on November 26. 

The library also offers intermediate computer classes on Thursdays in November at 1:30 p.m. Students will be instructed in how to use Microsoft Word on November 7, Microsoft Excel on November 14, and how to organize files and folders on November 21. 

Additionally, two stand-alone sessions on how to use Ancestry Library Edition will be held on Wednesday, November 6, and Wednesday, November 20. Both classes will start at 1 p.m. 

Spaces are limited and registration is required. Laptops will be provided by the library.
