The A.D. Makepeace Company and Ocean Spray Cranberries will host the second annual Bog to Table Dinner on Oct. 5 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Tihonet Village.

Gourmet foods and specialty drinks will be served in a bog full of floating berries. The menu includes panettone panzanella salad with dried cranberries and a cider vinaigrette followed by pumpkin ravioli with candied cranberries and caramelized squash. Entrée is cranberry and port braised short rib dish served with butternut tart and sage roasted Yukon potatoes.

Throughout the evening, guests will listen to live music from the Hiller Gobush band, a four piece band that will feature a selection of jazz, blues, country, and other crowd favorites.

The Bog to Table Dinner is for those 21 years and older, and will be held rain or shine. Attendees are encouraged to dress casually to accommodate waders. Shuttles will be provided from the parking area to the bog.

Ticket availability is limited, and individual tickets will not be for sale at the door. Prior registration and purchase is required.
