Min, the cat that belonged to the late Richard Lamothe, a Municipal Maintenance worker with the town, has been adopted.

Municipal Maintenance workers were searching for someone to care for Min after Lamothe's unexpected death in February.  They found Joni Martini, a department assistant in the Treasurer/Collector's office.

Martini said Min is doing well.

"She's gained some weight. She loves her bed," Martini said. "She's a very quiet cat. I've never had such a quiet cat before. She never makes a peep."
