The boys varsity basketball team starts its tournament run against Apponequet Regional High School on Wednesday at 7:00 in Wareham, while the girls learned they will face Dedham on Thursday at 7:00 in Wareham.

As reported earlier, this will be third meeting between Apponequet and Wareham this year.  Wareham split the regular season series, but this is the victory they want most in order to move on in the tournament.

This will be first meeting this year between Wareham and Dedham.  Dedham had to defeat Hanover Tuesday (58-54) to gain the right of meeting the South Coast Conference champion and #1 seeded Viking girls.  The game will be played at 7:00.  The winner will play next on Saturday against the winner of the Archbishop Williams-Burke game.
