Wareham Police are summoning a 45-year-old Wareham man to court after he allegedly left the scene of a property damage accident on Sunday evening.

Police said Hector Dejesus crashed his car into a garage at detailing business Auto Precision on Cranberry Highway at approximately 1:30 a.m. Dejesus then left and the damage was discovered in the morning while police were responding to another incident. Upon arrival, police received a call reporting a heavily damaged vehicle was parked at Stone Village Condominiums. Police said Dejesus identified himself as the operator. 

He is being summoned to court for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

No injuries were reported.
