On Saturday, June 18th, the Wareham Free Library will host a birthday celebration for its 25th anniversary.

On May 6, 1991, the Library opened its doors at 59 Marion Road after closing the doors of the Tobey Memorial Library on High Street, which opened in 1916.

The celebration includes:

• 11 a.m. to noon - Children's activities and stories
• Noon to 1 p.m. - Birthday cake
• 1 p.m. to 2:30 - Concert by the New England Irish Harp Orchestra
