Wareham’s young book lovers are invited to join Children’s Librarian Marcia Hickey for two new Story Time programs beginning on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in September.

On Tuesday evenings, a “Teddy Bear Story Time” will take place at 6:30 p.m., starting on Tuesday, Sept. 21. This program will feature bedtime-themed stories and take place in the Library Meeting Room, in a socially distanced environment. Children are encouraged to dress in their pajamas and bring their favorite stuffed animal.

A fall-inspired Children’s Story Time will be held on Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m., beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 22. Participants will hear a themed story and have the opportunity to make a craft. This program will meet in either the Library Courtyard or in the Library Meeting Room, in case of inclement weather.

Each program will continue to take place every Tuesday and Wednesday, through the week of Wednesday, Nov. 17.
